Symptoms

When navigating to the database configuration utility, the error is raised for BatchParser.dll or one of its dependencies 

Cause

The necessary SQL connection files are missing. 

Resolution

Download and install the following Microsoft file from the Microsoft Download Center.

  • Microsoft® SQL Server® 2017 Express  
  • Install SQL Server 2017 from Access It! Universal.NET Full CD
