Upon launching or login of Access It! Universal.NET a general exception message is raised.


One or more of the local configuration files has been corrupted. This is generally caused by improper shutdown of the software.


Within the general exception error message is a folder path containing the configuration files location. Navigate to this location and delete the entire RS2 Technologies folder. Upon next login, this folder will be recreated.
The default configuration path is %localappdata%\RS2_Technologies,_LLC and the AppData folder is a hidden folder.

More Information

These files do not contain any data related to the systems database and are used to store the following:

  • Form positioning (size and location)
  • Default server name
  • Default facility code
  • Default badge type
