Unable to Load the Dongle License

Symptoms
When an incorrect license is entered on a machine running Access It! Universal.NET Version 8, the following message will be displayed "Unable to load dongle license - Machineid: {Machine-ID}, SystemId: {System-ID}. Please contact Customer Service at 219-836-9002 Option 3."

Cause
This error is caused due to the Machine ID and System ID not matching for the correct licensed system.

Resolution

Contact RS2 Technologies Customer Service at 219-836-9002 Option 3 to confirm the license is correct.
