Traka Cabinet Integration

This article outlines the steps to configure Traka cabinets within Access It! Universal.NET.

Access It! Universal.NET Licensing

The following licensing option must be enabled within the Access It! Universal.NET dongle and is a per lock count license.

  • Traka Cabinet Count - 1/x
  • Traka Integration
    This will report Yes after the Traka Tab is configured.

Required Components

The following components are required to complete the integration.

  • Access It!® Universal.NET min s/w v8

Access It! Universal.NET 

  1. Within Access It!® Universal.NET, navigate to the System menu
  2. Select Servers
  3. Edit the Access It!® Universal.NET server
  4. Select the Traka tab
  5. Enter the Traka Web server name
  6. Enter the Traka Web port
  7. If applicable, check the "Use SSL:" checkbox
  8. Enter the Traka Web Username
  9. Enter the Traka Web password
  10. Select all other options as desired
  11. Click the RS2 to Traka field mappings button
  12. Map the appropriate fields
  13. Click OK
  14. Click Save

Traka Access Levels

  1. Within Access It! Universal.NET, navigate to the Configuration menu
  2. Select Access Levels
  3. Create a new Access Level, or edit an existing Access Level
  4. Select the Traka tab
  5. Check the Traka enabled checkbox
  6. Click Save
  7. Upon save the Access Level will be created within the Traka Web software

Traka Web

Access Level definitions must be defined within the Traka Web software.

  1. Within Traka Web, navigate to Items
  2. Select Item Access Groups
  3. Select the Item Access tab
  4. In the Access column, check the appropriate checkboxes to enable access 
  5. Click the diskette icon in the upper left to save


Once the Server tab is configured in Access It! Universal.NET, any Traka cabinets within Traka Web will be automatically populated within the Hardware tree.
