Symptoms

When attempting to login to the Access It! Universal.NET application the error "The Access It! Universal.NET service was unable to start. Error message: Invalid object name 'SaltoDoors'. occurs.

Cause

This is a known issue with Access It! Universal.NET v7.1.0.7.

Resolution

  1. Launch the Database Configuration Utility (Start | Access It! Universal.NET | Database Configuration Utility)
  2. Click Advanced...
  3. Scroll down and find the Initial Catalog section under Source
  4. Type AIUniversal
  5. Click OK
  6. Click OK
  7. Close the Database Configuration Utility
  8. Restart the Access It! Universal.NET Service
