RS2 RMA Procedures


Overview

RS2 manages all return material authorization through a portal within the Dealer Area of the rs2tech website and requires a dealer-level login to access this data. Authorized dealers that require a login may contact CustomerService@rs2tech.com for assistance. Through the portal a user may:

  1. Request a new RMA
  2. Request advanced replacements
  3. Track RMA progress

Mercury-Security Panels

Hardware purchased after 01/01/2015 have a 3 year limited warranty against malfunction or defect.  Any panel returned and found to not be defective may be subject to a no trouble found fee. For more specifics on the warranty and no trouble found fees, please contact RMA.CMA@rs2tech.com.

Non Mercury-Security Panels
Some hardware vendors require a case or ticket number be opened from them prior to RS2 issuing an RMA number.  For specifics, see below table
