It has come to our attention a recent Microsoft Windows update has negatively impacted version 5 of Access It! Universal and versions 1-4 of Access It! Universal. This error presents itself with either of the following error messages:
- Error 91: Object Reference not set to an instance of an object
- Error 5: Invalid Procedure Call
For now, it is recommended to uninstall Microsoft Windows Update KB4512506 and disable future Windows updates. Because all the impacted products are unsupported by RS2 Technologies, we are unsure if/when this will be resolved. If the system was upgraded to Access It! Universal.NET version 6 or 7, this issue would no longer occur.
