Defaulting Access It! Universal.NET Client Workstation Settings

Overview

All of the Access It! Universal.NET interface configurations are saved within XML files. Removing these files will clear all saved configurations for that client workstation.

Resetting Client Workstation Settings

  1. Make note of the application server's name
  2. Navigate to %localappdata%\RS2_Technologies,_LLC
  3. Delete the folder that starts with AIUniWksNET.exe_
  4. Launch the Access It! Universal.NET application
  5. Enter the server name noted in step 1
