All of the Access It! Universal.NET interface configurations are saved within XML files. Removing these files will clear all saved configurations for that client workstation.
Resetting Client Workstation Settings
- Make note of the application server's name
- Navigate to %localappdata%\RS2_Technologies,_LLC
- Delete the folder that starts with AIUniWksNET.exe_
- Launch the Access It! Universal.NET application
- Enter the server name noted in step 1
