Intrusion Panel Integration


Overview

Before you begin, ensure you have the following:

  • Access It! Universal.NET min s/w v6
  • Supported intrusion panels:
    • Bosch B/G Series: B3512, B4512, B5512, B6512, B8512, and B9512
    • Bosch GV3 (v8.13 and greater), GV4 (v1.xx)
    • DMP: XR-100N, XR-150N, XR-500N, and XR-550N

Access It! Universal.NET Licensing

The following licensing option must be enabled within the Access It! Universal dongle and is a system wide license.

Basic Functionality

Intrusion detection integration enables local workstations to monitor and interact with Bosch and DMP intrusion detection panels. Intrusion detection panel integration licenses must be purchased separately for each intrusion detection panel being monitored within the system.

Panel Configuration
It is assumed that field technicians are familiar with the installation, servicing and configuration software of their respective panels. All questions regarding Bosch RPS and DMP Remote Link software, as well as the panels themselves, must be directed to Bosch and DMP Technical Support.

Hardware Tree

Adding An Intrusion Detection Panel

Bosch B/G Series Panels:

  1. Navigate to the hardware tree by clicking on the hardware group within the Navigation pane
  2. Select Intrusion Panels item from the hardware tree
  3. Click New button on the toolbar
  4. Enter appropriate name for the panel
  5. Select Intrusion panel type of Bosch B/G Series Panels
  6. Enter appropriate IP address
  7. Enter appropriate TCP port
    Default port is 7700
  8. Enter appropriate Passcode
  9. Select appropriate panel model
  10. Select desired Arming Mode
  11. Click Save button to save and close Intrusion Panel properties

Bosch GV3 (v8.13 and greater), GV4 (v1.xx) Panels:

  1. Navigate to the hardware tree by clicking on the hardware group within the Navigation pane
  2. Select Intrusion Panels item from the hardware tree
  3. Click New button on the toolbar
  4. Enter appropriate name for the panel
  5. Select Intrusion panel type of Bosch GV3 (v8.13 and greater), GV4 (v1.##)
  6. Enter appropriate IP address
  7. Enter appropriate TCP port
    Default port is 7700
  8. Select desired Arming Mode
  9. Click Save button to save and close Intrusion Panel properties

DMP XR-100N, XR-150N, XR-500N, XR-550N Panels:

  1. Navigate to the hardware tree by clicking on the hardware group within the Navigation pane
  2. Select Intrusion Panels item from the hardware tree
  3. Click New button on the toolbar
  4. Enter appropriate name for the panel
  5. Select Intrusion panel type of DMP XR-100N, XR-150N, XR-500N, XR-550N
  6. Enter appropriate Account number
  7. Enter appropriate Remote key
  8. Enter  appropriate Panel IP address
  9. Enter appropriate Panel port (TCP)
    Default port is 2001
  10. Enter appropriate Host port (UDP)
    Default port is 2001
  11. Enter appropriate GMT Offset
  12. Enter desired Connection check interval type
  13. Enter desired Connection check frequency
  14. Click Save button to save and close Intrusion Panel properties

Creating Intrusion Panel Areas

By creating intrusion panel areas, friendly names are assigned to pre-programmed area numbers within the panel.

  1. Navigate to the hardware tree by clicking on the hardware group within the Navigation pane
  2. Select Intrusion Panels item from the hardware tree
  3. Select appropriate intrusion panel to be modified
  4. Select Areas tab from lower pane
  5. Click New button on the Areas tab toolbar
  6. Enter appropriate name for the Area name
  7. Enter appropriate Area number
  8. Click Save button to save and close Intrusion Area properties

Creating Intrusion Panel Ouputs

By creating intrusion panel outputs, friendly names are assigned to pre-programmed area numbers within the panel.

  1. Navigate to the hardware tree by clicking on the hardware group within the Navigation pane
  2. Select Intrusion Panels item from the hardware tree
  3. Select appropriate intrusion panel to be modified
  4. Select Outputs tab from lower pane
  5. Click New button on the Outputs tab toolbar
  6. Enter appropriate name for the Output name
  7. Enter appropriate Output number
  8. Click Save button to save and close Intrusion Output properties

Creating Intrusion Panel User Codes

  1. Navigate to the hardware tree by clicking on the hardware group within the Navigation pane
  2. Select Intrusion Panels item from the hardware tree
  3. Select appropriate intrusion panel to be modified
  4. Select User Codes tab from lower pane
  5. Click New button on the User Codes tab toolbar
  6. Click the ... button from within the User name field
  7. Enter a Last Name or Card Number
  8. Click the magnifying glass icon to search
  9. Select appropriate user from result list
  10. Click OK button to populate User name with the selected user
  11. Enter appropriate User number
  12. Click Save button to save and close Intrusion User Code properties

Creating Intrusion Panel Points

By creating intrusion panel outputs, friendly names are assigned to pre-programmed area numbers within the panel.

  1. Navigate to the hardware tree by clicking on the hardware group within the Navigation pane
  2. Select Intrusion Panels item from the hardware tree
  3. Select appropriate intrusion panel to be modified
  4. Select Points tab from lower pane
  5. Click New button on the Points tab toolbar
  6. Enter appropriate name for the Point name
  7. Enter appropriate Point number
  8. Click Save button to save and close Intrusion Point properties
