Symptoms

Commands are unable to be sent to panels and viewing the Windows NT Event log on the Application server will show a very high number of the error found below.

Runtime Error: Overflow
Error Number: 6
Module: clsSCP.ProcessTimerCycle, SCP#:0

Cause

This is most commonly seen when Timezone and Access Level numbers are too high for the system to handle.
This usually found after a Lenel conversion.

Resolution

Update the invalid Timezone and Access Level number fields
