When launching the software from a client machine, error 462 is raised.
This error is typically related to a firewall blocking access to the Access It! Universal service on the server or its required TCP ports
Exceptions should be made for the Access It! Universal service (AIUnisvc.exe) and TCP ports 135 and 3030. The AIUnisvc.exe can be located in .\Program Files\RS2 Technologies\Access It! Universal.
This error can be raised if a client machine is trying to access the Access It! Universal service on the wrong machine. This can occur if a server machine has changed and the client workstation needs to be redirected to the new server.
The client uses the server name stored in its Settings.ini file to connect to the Access It! Universal server. The Settings.ini file can be located in the AppData folder (Start | Programs | Access It! Universal | Utilities | OpenAppData Folder)
This error can be raised if a client machine is trying to run a different version of Access It! Universal than the version of Access It! Universal on the server machine.
Install the same version of software that the server machine is running on to the client machines.
