Error 70 - Permission Denied

When launching the software from a client machine, error 70 is raised.

Error 70 occurs when the Microsoft Windows DCOM permissions are incorrectly set. Error 70 may also occur in workgroup environments when the Windows username and password do not match between the client and server.
