Access It! Universal V4 now supports the ability to define a custom resistance values for use in supervised inputs. Previous versions of Access It! Universal only supported supervised circuits of 1K/2K.
SCP
- Navigate to the Hardware tree (Main | Hardware)
- Select SCPs
- In the right hand pane, edit the EP requiring custom resistance values
- Select the Supervised Inputs tab
- Click Edit Supervised Input Tables
- Click new
- Enter a friendly name for the supervised resistance range
- Enter Low/High values in Ohms for Active, Secure, and Fault conditions
Access It! Universal will report a generic supervisory fault for all shorted circuit, foreign voltage, open circuit, or ground fault conditions. - Click OK
- Click Save
- Apply the newly created resistance table to the SCP
- Click Save
Reader
- Navigate to the Hardware tree (Main | Hardware)
- Select Installed Readers
- In the right hand pane, edit the Reader requiring custom supervisory resistance values
- Select the Door Settings tab
- Select the custom created supervisory table within the Door Contact and/or the Request to Exit Configuration pick list
- Click Save
Input
- Navigate to the Hardware tree (Main | Hardware)
- Select Installed Inputs
- In the right hand pane, edit the Input requiring custom supervisory resistance values
- Select the custom created supervisory table within the Input Configuration pick list
- Click Save
